M25 Closures Planned for 2023

Major Disruption for Commuters

Motorists are being advised to brace themselves for significant delays as five complete closures of the M25 are planned for this year. The first closure, which took place over the weekend of March 15-18, resulted in heavy traffic congestion in the Cobham area of Surrey.

Upcoming Closures

The next closure is scheduled for March 29-30, between junctions J14 and J13. Lanes 2, 3, 4, and 5 will be closed in an anticlockwise direction. This closure is expected to cause severe disruption, particularly during peak travel times.
